Pools above the Falls (Livingstone)

If you’re a particularly daring traveller, you might enjoy swimming up to the edge of the Falls at Devil’s Pool with your guide. This is not something that should be attempted without proper consideration, as it involves a swim in the Zambezi and a reliance on the water to carry you. Once you reach the edge, however, the feeling is exhilarating. Consider it as the best infinity pool in the world! You can only do this when water levels are lowest, from September to December.

Easels are set up around the waterhole, or near the river awaiting the arrival of the herd, who descend to drink and cool themselves as you capture the moment.

Gain an overview of Victoria Falls in just a few hours on this small-group bike tour, with hotel pickup and drop-off ensuring a hassle-free trip. Zip around town markets, shops, and landmarks with ease, learning more about the region’s history and culture from your guide, then cruise along the Zambezi River in search of scenic gems such as the ancient Big Tree, Bakota Gorges, and Victoria Falls Bridge.

Vulture Feeding

Don’t miss the opportunity to witness the spectacular sight of hundreds of vultures swooping down and feeding on leftover meat scraps and bones from the on-site restaurants in front of Victoria Falls Safari Lodge at 1pm daily. As well as providing the opportunity for visitors to spot white headed vultures, hooded vultures, lappet faced vultures and white backed vultures, this supplementary feeding program aids the survival of these remarkable, but endangered birds. The activity, which is free and appeals to all age groups, begins with a briefing on a deck beneath Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, before guests take a short walk down a bush path to a hide to view the vultures feeding.

The Chobe National Park

Is renowned for its massive game population. Elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and several predators are residents of this park. You will spend 3 hours on a game drive.

Victoria Falls Canopy Tour (Zimbabwe)

See Victoria Falls from a different perspective on this Victoria Falls adventure canopy tour. Fly down a series of nine zipline cables overlooking the Victoria Falls bridge, Zambezi rapids, and even the spray of the falls, followed by adventures on a rope bridge and nature trails. This tour is led by safety guides who ensure your safety as well as a good time.

Zip Line

Until recently, this was the longest Zip Line (Foofie Slide) ride in the world. Imagine the adrenalin rush travelling at a speed of 106km’s per hour,  hurtling 425m across the gorge, while suspended 120m above the breathtaking beauty of the Zambezi water below.

Flying Fox

The adventure begins on a wooden platform, and with your heart racing and palms tingling, you can see the gaping mouth of the gorge and hear the roaring rapids below. With a harness secured, you take your first steps towards that feeling of flight. The Flying Fox is perfect for those who crave a breathtaking view and the slightest adrenaline rush.
